CYBeR-CARE, Inc. (Nasdaq:CYBR) announced today major contracts with Health System One, Inc., a Florida Corporation headquartered in Fort Lauderdale that provides programs and services to healthcare payors and providers.

The transaction calls for Health System One to utilize the services of all four divisions of CYBeR-CARE, Inc. - technology, air ambulance, rehabilitation services and e-pharmacy.

Health System One has contracts with major Florida HMOs providing managed health care services to over 50,000 members through its network of over 3,500 Florida physicians.

CYBeR-CARE rehabilitation facilities are located strategically in most major markets in Florida and will be able to service Health System One patients. The CYBeR-CARE e-pharmacy will assist Health System One to provide pharmacy products to their captive market. CYBeR-CARE's air ambulance business will relocate Health System One patients into the Health System One network if they are in need of medical services and are not in the area. Health System One indicated its intent to purchase 1,000 Electronic Housecall System units. The company is seeking marketing clearance for the product from the Food and Drug Administration and, upon clearance, the units will be sold to Health System One.

"This contract demonstrates how all our underlying businesses tie together and is the first for CYBeR-CARE in which the healthcare industry can benefit from receiving many services from one payor or one provider such as our company. Health System One, Inc., by utilizing all our services, will be able to provide improved efficiency and quality for both the physicians and payors in the delivery of health care," said Michael Morrell, CEO of CYBeR-CARE.

"With this contract Health System One will be able to provide a new level of comprehensive services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for us to be at the cutting edge of healthcare technology with the purchase of CYBeR-CARE's Electronic Housecall System upon FDA marketing clearance, as well as the company's other medical businesses all from one provider," said Luis Mosquera, President and CEO of Health System One.

Based in Boynton Beach, Fla., CYBeR-CARE is a technology assisted health management company with four business lines. The company is developing the Electronic Housecall System, a patented Internet-based technology system that provides remote monitoring of individuals for health care purposes. In addition, CYBeR-CARE operates physical, occupational and speech therapy centers, an e-pharmacy and one of the world's largest air ambulance transport services.
