Robert and Eleanor Wechsler can relate to their favorite cowbecause they share a similar trait: They are out-of-towners.
The Florida residents have been crisscrossing the Windy City for aweek, map in one hand as a guide and a disposable camera in the otherto capture the memories.
Naturally, they are drawn to the "Out of Cowtowner."
"I love him," said Eleanor Wechsler, an educator in the Miamisuburb of Davie. "We've been tourists for a week, schlepping thisbag around the same way (the cow) has been with his backpack."
