Qld: Nats disendorse candidate
Opposition leader LAWRENCE SPRINGBORG has disendorsed a Queensland Nationals state
election candidate for not disclosing a domestic violence order against him.
Mr SPRINGBORG says he received information last night that candidate for Maryborough
MICHAEL GILES was subject to a domestic violence order several years ago.
Mr SPRINGBORG says he acted immediately to have the party disendorse Mr GILES just
before the close of nominations for the February the 7th state …
