Action Items: Unanimously approved the motion to request from the state a reduction of the 55 mph speed limit on upper Rowland Street from Route 29 to Geyser Road. The town will receive $11,138 for maintenance-free money under the Real Property Tax Law based on the final analysis of all town property assessments. Accepted a motion to approve Water Supply District No. 1 for the proposed 40-lot subdivision of Pine Bluff on Fairground and Aldrich Avenues.
